How the App Works:

To get started:

• Download and install Patient Concierge on your mobile device.
• Ensure you have an active internet connection via Wi-Fi or cellular data on your device.

• Launch the app by tapping on the Patient Concierge icon after installation. Set your desired default language preferences. The home screen will appear.
• Place your bill on a flat surface.
• Search for the QR code located next to the Patient Concierge logo on your bill.
• Select the "Scan & Explain My Bill" button and position the QR Code within the designated viewfinder corners displayed.
• Align your entire bill within the viewfinder on your screen by positioning your phone correctly. Ensure your device's volume is up and any silent mode is disabled.
• The augmented reality experience will commence once Patient Concierge recognizes your bill.

Note: While Patient Concierge can be used on tablets and iPads, optimal functionality is achieved when using a mobile phone for the best user experience.
